Saundra Finley has served as Executive Director of Phi Chi Theta National Business Fraternity since 2004.
She graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas in 1985 with a BBA Degree in General Business. At SHSU she was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and a recipient of the COBA Awards. She was a member of the Beta Theta Chapter and served as the Chapter President. She is currently a member of the Dallas Alumni Chapter and is a Life Member of Phi Chi Theta. In 2006 she was inducted into the Phi Chi Theta Alumni Hall of Fame.
Saundra served five years on the Board of Directors of The Professional Fraternity Association –as Director, President Elect, President and Past President. She has been a member of The Professional Fraternity Executives Association and has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President. She is currently serving another term as Treasurer. She is also a member of the Texas Business Women, Dallas Metro North Chapter.
Community service is an important part of her life as well. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Lupus Foundation of America, Lone Star Chapter. She has been awarded the Zashin Legacy Award in 2013 and the Visionary Award in 2014 for her service.
Prior to becoming Executive Director in 2004, Saundra worked in the private sector as a Property Manager with Loreto Enterprises for sixteen years. She has also been a Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics earning a free Mary Kay car. This will be her eighteen year as a Mary Kay Consultant.
Saundra and her husband Doyle Finley (of Invercauld and Innfallen) are the parents of a 26 year old son, Matthew, who is a musician (Parantumaton).
They live in Carrollton, Texas – a suburb of Dallas.
