Thank you for your interest in the PCT National Mentoring Program. In the program, active members are paired with alumni to form one-on-one Mentoring relationships. This relationship will last formally for about eight weeks. Weekly prompts will be sent to spur conversation and help build ties between the pair. We recommend pairs connect at least once a week via email or phone.
The Mentoring Program provides alumni with the opportunity to stay involved in PCT and share their experiences. Sometimes alumni can be so busy with their jobs that they can't process and reflect on their actions. Through the program's themed, regular discussions, alumni can reflect on their experiences and share them with active members. These actions keep alumni involved with current PCT actives and provide a rewarding outlet outside of their normal working environment.
If you are interested in joining the Mentoring Program, please fill out the following form during one of our registration periods (usually September for fall and February for spring). The Mentoring Program team will email you to let you know of your match and encourage you to contact your match. The program will run for 8 weeks. Please only sign-up for the program if you believe you have the time to commit to connect with your mentee weekly during this time frame.
