We are proud to announce the National Mentoring Program. In the program, active members are paired with alumni to form one-on-one Mentoring relationships. This relationship will last formally for about eight weeks. Weekly prompts will be sent to spur conversation and help build ties between the pair.
The Mentoring Program provides active members with the opportunity to expand their professional skill set, explore prospective industries, and personally connect with a PCT Alumnus. Over the course of the Mentoring relationship, active members will learn about a variety of industries through their mentors' insights and experiences. Additionally, active members will be more prepared for their careers by participating in guided discussions, resume critiques and mock interviews.
If you are interested in joining the Mentoring Program, please fill out the form. Please only sign-up if you are willing to commit to connecting with your mentor at least once a week via phone or email.
The Mentoring Program team will email you to let you know if you have been matched with a mentor. If you have been matched, you will receive contact information and a short bio about your mentor, If we are unable to find a match for you you will also be notified by email. After you receive your match information, please reach out to your mentor via phone or email (phone preferred).
Due to the program's limited amount of spots, we cannot guarantee everyone will receive a mentor. You will have another opportunity to sign up for the program in the following semesters so don't be discouraged if you are not matched this time.
