- Four Nights Lodging (Aug 14-17). Check-in is on 8/14, and check-out is by noon on 8/18.
- Meals: Wednesday -Welcome Reception at 10Pin Bowling; Thursday–Breakfast & Lunch; Friday – Breakfast & Lunch; Friday Presidents Life Member Reception (Alumni & Life Members only); Saturday –Breakfast, Lunch & Awards Banquet.

Extended Stay – The special group rate is available three days pre-and-post conference. Rates are $217 per night (includes taxes & fees, $185 per room + $32 taxes)

The Cut-off Date is 7/15/24. No refunds will be issued after that date.
